615 Rides is a fun, brand-new, ride hailing (like Uber/Lyft) company with a fleet of 10 new utility vehicles like the Polaris Ranger XP1000 crew cab and Kawasaki Mules equipped with premium, 5 speaker sound systems with plans to expand to other types of vehicles. We also intend to provide tours in the future with drivers that are very aware of the Nashville history.

We started this year with a mission to provide Nashville visitors and residents a premium, exciting way of getting around town while enjoying the music of their choice (all UTVs to be equipped with Bluetooth capability). We are looking to hire 20 genuinely outgoing, professional, drivers to accommodate passengers within a 5-mile radius of downtown.

Drivers can be expected to be compensated fairly ($10/hour base minimum starting + tips with $20/hour guaranteed. Expected average pay is $30/hour). Every week, we will be running a competition to reward the most profitable employee with a $250 bonus.

Since our company is focused on safety, each of our vehicles will be equipped with GPS-enabled cameras facing the front and back (including driver and passengers) continuously recording and streamed to a server via LTE for both safety audits and for the option of providing the videos to the passengers at a cost.
